What is peach gum concentrate?
It is a ready-to-eat dense “Tears of Peach Blossom” dessert. We use premium peach gum resin as the main heritage ingredient, traditionally celebrated for its ability to lock in moisture and soothing benefits.We slow-stew it to a rich and beautiful gelatinous texture so you can easily consume it directly or add it to your favourite beverages and desserts.
Why is the ready-to-eat peach gum not consistent in size, shape, colour and density?
We use only premium, natural peach gum resin with minimal processing. Every “Tears of Peach Blossom” has its own unique shape, size and colour. As our products are handcrafted with this natural ingredient, variations in colour, shape, size, density and texture will naturally occur, making every single bottle unique.Â
Is this vegan-friendly?
Yes! Peach gum is a 100% plant-based resin harvested from peach trees, making it a fantastic vegan alternative to traditional bird’s nest.
Are there any preservatives or added sugar?Â
Our products are slow-stewed fresh upon order with no added colourings, preservatives and additives. To maintain a perfect balance between health and taste, our products have little or no added rock sugar.Â
🌿 Consumption & Wellness
Can everyone consume peach gum?Â
Traditionally, peach gum is considered a "cooling" ingredient and is known to "activate blood". It is not recommended for young children, pregnant or nursing women, or individuals on specific medication. If you feel unwell or have medical concerns, please consult a healthcare professional.

How many bottles can I consume per day?
The suggested serving is 1 bottle (200g) per day. Your well-being is our priority, so please enjoy in moderation and listen to your body. Due to unique body constitutions, we suggest starting with 3 bottles per week to see how your body adjusts. As peach gum naturally absorbs water, we recommend enjoying a glass of water after consumption to assist digestion.Â
How do I adjust the consistency if it thickens?Â
Our concentrate naturally tends to thicken when chilled. You can enjoy it directly as a rich and beautiful gelatinous dessert, or easily stir in a little water or tea with a drizzle of honey or rock sugar to reach your preferred consistency and sweetness.Â
Can I drink it warm?
Absolutely. While many love it chilled, you can also stir a few spoonful into a mug of warm red date tea or hot soy milk for a comforting, nourishing beverage.
❄️ Storage & Shelf LifeÂ
How should I store it and what is the shelf life?Â
Our peach gum concentrate is completely fresh with zero added preservatives. To protect your fresh order, we pack all our items in a complimentary cooler bag with an ice pack, which keeps the concentrate chilled for approximately 1 to 2 hours. Upon receipt, please remove the bubble wrap before placing the bottles in the refrigerator to allow proper cooling.Â
Keep refrigerated at 2–4°C. It is best enjoyed within 3 days (excluding self-collection/delivery date) and should be consumed immediately once opened.
Can I freeze it?
We generally do not recommend freezing the cooked concentrate. Freezing can change the signature beautiful gelatinous texture of the peach gum. It is best enjoyed fresh from the fridge.

How do I place an order?
We operate strictly on a pre-order basis to guarantee maximum freshness. To pre- order, please click here. Â
What is your order turnaround time?
Our pre-order closes 7 days before the self-collection or delivery date to allow for order processing and fresh preparation—or earlier if all our weekly slots are filled up. If you place your order by this Thursday, it will be ready for self-collection or delivery next Thursday, subject to order slot confirmation.Â
How do I know my order is confirmed?
We will send an order confirmation via WhatsApp by the next working day after receiving your payment.

Do you offer delivery or self-collection?
We offer both self-collection and delivery to selected areas. You can select your preferred option in your order.
What is the self-collection location?
The self-collection location is along Tampines Ave 1 (new Caltex petrol kiosk). Once your order is confirmed, we will send you the appointment booking link via WhatsApp to collect your order. The full collection address will be shared when in the appointment booking link.Â
Where can I find the self-collection and delivery dates?Â
The collection and delivery dates are updated regularly in our shop. You may find them in your cart before you checkout. If you would like to request for other collection and delivery dates, please  Tap here to Chat on WhatsApp. Our chat hours are Mon–Fri (11am – 6pm), and we’ll get back to you by the next working day.
What are the self-collection time slots?
The self-collection time slots are as follows:
Weekdays - 5pm to 8pm
Sunday - 4pm to 5pm
Can I change my self-collection date?Â
Any changes to your collection slot must be made via NeetoCal at least 72 hours before your scheduled time. Because our products are freshly prepared, we cannot offer refunds for late change requests. To prevent food waste, you may arrange for someone else to collect the order on your behalf; please inform us via WhatsApp 1 hour prior to your scheduled appointment.Â
What happens if I am not able to collect it?Â
Freshly stewed items cannot be held past your chosen slot. Uncollected orders will be forfeited without a refund. To prevent food waste, you may arrange for someone else to collect the order on your behalf and inform us via WhatsApp 1 hour prior to your scheduled appointment.Â
How much is the delivery fee?
The delivery fee is SGD15.
What is the delivery time slot?
The delivery time slot is between 8pm and 10pm. It is subject to availability. Please WhatsApp us before submitting your order.
Can I change my delivery date or address?Â
Requests to change your delivery date or address must be made via WhatsApp at least 72 hours in advance. If a request is made late and you are unable to receive the items, the order cannot be refunded. To prevent food waste, you can choose to redirect the courier to an alternative local address (additional delivery charges will apply) or forfeit the delivery.Â
What should I do if the order I received is incorrect?
Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. If your order is incorrect, please contact us via WhatsApp within 1 hour of delivery with a clear photo of the items. We will look into the matter immediately and assist you with a resolution or coordinate with the courier.Â
Do you provide disposable bowls and cutleries?
To reduce waste, we do not provide disposable bowls and cutleries. Thank you for joining our green journey!
🛑 Changes & Returns
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?
Our peach gum concentrate is slow-stewed fresh upon order and your production slot has been reserved exclusively for you, we cannot accept cancellations once your order is confirmed. Cancellations and change-of-mind refunds will not be entertained.
Can I return or exchange my order and get a refund?
Due to the fresh, perishable nature of our food items and strict food hygiene standards, all sales are final once payment is completed. We strictly do not accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds.Â
When would I be eligible for a refund?
In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you immediately via WhatsApp to arrange a solution. In such cases, if you opt for a refund, it will be processed and returned to you within 5 working days.
