The aura peach products are ready-to-eat foods that support a holistic lifestyle and are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical condition. Individual results may vary based on unique body constitutions.
Your well-being is our priority. Please enjoy in moderation and listen to your body. Our products are not recommended for young children, pregnant or nursing women, or individuals on specific medical prescriptions. If you feel unwell or have medical concerns, please consult a healthcare professional.
Because our products are slow-stewed fresh upon order with no added preservatives, all products must be kept refrigerated upon self-collection or delivery and consumed within 3 days (excluding self-collection or delivery date).
We are not liable for any spoilage, quality degradation, or adverse health effects caused by improper storage or delayed refrigeration after self-collection or delivery.
Our freshly stewed items are prepared in a facility that also processes tree nuts, peanuts, soy, wheat, and eggs. Cross-contamination, though minimised, may occur. If you have severe food allergies, please exercise caution. By placing an order, you acknowledge this risk and confirm that you are consuming our products at your own discretion.
Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained explicit parental/guardian consent to make this purchase.
All orders submitted are subject to stock availability and payment verification.
All payments to be made via PayNow within 24 hours after submitting your order. If full payment is not received within the stipulated time, this order will be automatically cancelled.
Orders will only be processed once full payment is received and verified by us.
Self-Collection
Our peach gum concentrate is freshly stewed with no added preservatives. Pre-orders not collected cannot be held and will be forfeited without a refund.
To request a change to your self-collection date, you must inform us via NeetoCal at least 72 hours before your scheduled time slot. If a change request is made late, the order cannot be refunded. To prevent food wastage, you may choose to authorise someone to collect the order on your behalf and inform us via WhatsApp 1 hour prior to your scheduled appointment.
Delivery and Shipping
We utilise third-party local courier services to deliver your orders.
Delivery fees are subject to changes without prior notice.
Please ensure a designated recipient is available at the delivery address during the scheduled delivery window to receive the fresh products and keep it refrigerated immediately upon delivery. If our third-party courier partner is unable to establish contact with the recipient via doorbell or call upon arrival, the order will be handled strictly in accordance to your instruction:
Left at Door: The parcel will be left unattended at the delivery premises. Upon drop-off, all risks concerning product freshness, quality degradation, damage, environmental exposure, or theft shall transfer entirely to the customer. The third-party courier’s photo proof of delivery will serve as final confirmation that the items have been delivered. The aura peach accepts no liability for unattended items, missed doorbells or delayed notifications, so please monitor your delivery slot closely.
Hand-Deliver Only: The parcel will be deemed undeliverable and will be permanently disposed of by the courier. The customer acknowledges that undeliverable perishable items will not be returned to the seller. Consequently, the order will be forfeited, and no refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued.
If your order is incorrect upon delivery, please contact us immediately within 1 hour of delivery with clear photo proof so that we can assist you.
While we ensure all items leave our premises securely packaged, we are not liable for any delays, losses, or damages caused during transit by the courier service or if the items are left unattended.
Requests to change your delivery date or address must be made via WhatsApp at least 72 hours before your scheduled delivery window. If a change request is made late and you are unable to receive the goods, the order cannot be refunded. To prevent food wastage, you may choose to redirect the courier to an alternative local address (additional delivery charges may apply), or forfeit the delivery.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of food items and hygiene standards, all sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges will be entertained once payment is made. This policy applies strictly to all orders, including change-of-mind requests made prior to food preparation.
In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a full refund will be issued within 5 working days.
Intellectual Property
All content, images, and logos on this website are the property of The aura peach. Unauthorised copying or reuse of our media is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, The aura peach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or reliance on its contents.
Our total liability for any claim, order, or delivery dispute shall be strictly limited to the total purchase price paid by you for the specific product in question.
We comply fully with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). This policy explains how we manage the data you share with us.
